The basic principles of configuration for SMS messaging using Ozeki NG - SMS Gateway are the following:
- You need to install and configure one or more service provider connections.
- You need to install and configure one or more users or applications.
- You need to configure inbound and outbound routing.
Ozeki NG - SMS Gateway supports the following service provider connections:

Inbound routing defines which user(s)/application(s) of the program an incoming message is to be delivered to.
Outbound routing defines which service provider connection is to be used to send an outgoing message from a user/application of the program.
